XPressEntry Website |
As an integral component of the XPressEntry system, the XPressEntry website provides:Visibility - View current occupancy and review all activity in real time - from any web browser. Add or edit information about your entrants, safety attendants and confined spaces.
Reporting - Generate reports to track specific information by confined space, date range, company, shift, and more. Get both occupancy snapshots for any moment in time and activity history summaries, which list for each user when they entered and exited the confined space, and how long they were inside. Use these reports to assist in project management, timekeeping and occupational health and safety record keeping. Automatic report scheduling can email project managers or safety monitors with daily activity reports.
Data Protection - Activity data is copied from the server to the website in real time, providing remote backup. With individual password-protected accounts, only authorized users may access your company's confined space data.
An XPressEntry website specific to a customer connects via a mobile broadband Internet connection to their on-site server. The website can be viewed by project leaders and safety supervisors to review current occupancy and activity history. Also, information about users, companies, and entry points can be be added or changed. Cusomizable reports can be created on the fly, organizing activity from shifts by date, user, company, or confined space.
