XPressEntry: Personnel Tracking for Confined Spaces

XPressEntry Web The XPressEntry Confined Space Entry Management System is the ideal solution for tracking multiple workers entering and exiting large or complex confined space areas, such as refinery vessels, construction sites, or access tunnels.

How it works:
As workers enter or exit the confined space at an entry point, the safety attendant uses a handheld reader to scan the worker's badge. The handheld reader wirelessly transmits the badge information to an on-site server, where it can be monitored by a supervisor. The server also sends entry activity up to a website, so that off-site personnel can view real-time occupancy information, track activity, and create reports over the course of the project.

XPressEntry is:
FAST - A safety attendant scanning a worker badge on entry or exit is faster than one writing down a worker's name or badge number and time. Shifts of workers spends less time waiting to enter or exit and more time on the job.
ACCURATE - With badge information scanned by a handheld and checked against an approved worker list, there's no issues with poorly written records, and safety attendants will know who is authorized to enter the confined space. Plus, XPressEntry registers the activity instantly, eliminating the time-consuming and error-prone task of manually reconciling activity logs from multiple access points.
CLEAR - Even with several confined spaces each with multiple access points, safety managers can view activity on the on-site server or via the web to know:
   Who has entered,
         ...where they entered,
...and how long they've been inside.
USEFUL ON THE WORK SITE - In addition to monitoring current occupants, the safety supervisor can quickly add new workers to the system, view and sort through the activity history, and receive messages from the safety attendants.
USEFUL ONLINE - In addition to monitoring current occupants and reviewing activity history, website users can add and edit worker and confined space work area information, and create reports showing occupancy snapshots or summaries of activity. The activity reports are not only useful for monitoring safety, but also can assist in tracking time spent in the confined spaces for timekeeping or occupational health purposes.
